Making Friends

Friends are an important part of school and your child's social life. Making friends can help make your child become more outgoing and actually fall in love with school! We love to see our students communicating with each other and becoming friends. It helps them show their personality and learn more about who they are as a person. They learn skills like conversational skills and emotional self-control out of making friends. There are ways for you to help your child learn to make friends that you can do while we try to help them here in the classroom! Things that you can do is teaching your children how to communicate in a polite way with other people, help your child learn to play well with others, encourage others to watch what others are doing and try to find positive ways to join in with them, if your child comes to you with issues about stuff going on with other students then bring it up to the teachers to make sure they are aware so they can try to help fix it, and so many more ways to help!
